History

How the Higher Education Services Portal developed

The conceptual design and initial implementation of the Higher Education Services Portal was part of the 'Notebook University' project of the University of Ulm 'SoFa - Studies without fixed line' (funded by the BMBF in the program New Media in Education). Afterwards the portals content and technology was developed further by the of Communications and Information Center (kiz) University of Ulm which is responsible for its operation.
